Happy Birthday Tefin!

In marketing, a corporate anniversary is a celebration of a company’s continued existence after its first appearance on the market and it is smart to celebrate it.

We are not going to have a big unique celebration event but we decided instead to diversify our celebration in different events all along the year: opportunities, participations, partnerships, donations, charity…everything focusing on our initial managerial spirit: DIVERSIFICATION, INNOVATION, SAFETY.

Tefin s.c.a.r.l. has over the years kept a “young personality and management style”, a dynamic approach and the full energetic and professional charisma of Luigi Minieri when he founded it on April 7, 1998!

Looking back it started just as an idea, the strong desire to create a “positive business” operation focusing on customer’s needs, with plenty of open questions and uncertain results.

During the years the original idea quickly developed into a strategic plan and built up a firm organization and a dedicated flexible working team.

It shaped up with the hard work of a small group of people who embraced Luigi Minieri’s vision and are supporting it as of today.

Later on the small group extended to other members of the Minieri family and welcomed new resources who appreciated working in a family business: first names replaced last names, and the working environment turned into a business challenge to provide support to the original business goal.

Nothing could have been done without great teamwork which supported Luigi all the way.

After Luigi, his three children are taking over in a fruitful generation succession: Angelo, Sales manager, Emanuele, Technical manager and Mattia, International Division manager.

It is evident that the full success of a family-owned business is in fact determined by healthy relationships – relationships with employees, providers, vendors, customers and family and most of all identification of family members with the business…Here we have it all!!

The business is presently focusing on Energy, technology, Eco-friendliness, Market research!
The headquarters is still in Naples with 600 square meter warehouse products available for immediate delivery, but we have European offices and partners covering clients’ needs worldwide.
Our special projects: ship Lengthening and application of Eco-friendliness products developed in house and focusing on safety represent our win-win solutions.
